1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 988vin, accessing the platform, depositing PKR, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 988vin platform.

2 Eligibility

To use 988vin you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 988vin is strictly an adult platform. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to register, deposit, or place any bet under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, a business, or any third party. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account on 988vin. Only one account per person is permitted at any time.
• You must be using funds that belong to you. Depositing money on behalf of another person or using funds from an undisclosed source is not permitted.
• You must not be a person who has self-excluded from 988vin or been excluded by 988vin.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on 988vin. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or same IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid contact detail, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 988vin will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 988vin support immediately.

• One account per person — no exceptions.
• Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Account credentials are your responsibility to protect.
• 988vin may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account lifetime.

4 Deposits and Payments

988vin processes all deposits and balances in PKR. The platform supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The available deposit methods displayed at the time of your deposit may vary.

Deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa typically credit to your 988vin PKR balance within seconds of payment confirmation from the respective payment provider. Bank transfers and card payments may take slightly longer depending on the payment provider's processing time. 988vin is not responsible for delays caused by a player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment network.

• All deposits are made in PKR — no currency conversion is applied to your balance.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• If a deposit is credited in error, 988vin reserves the right to reverse it at any time.
• Chargeback requests through your bank or payment provider are a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by 988vin. Withdrawals are paid in PKR directly to your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa wallet, Raast account, or bank account as applicable.

988vin may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard procedure and is not an indication of any problem with your account. Verification documents typically include a copy of a valid government-issued ID.

• Withdrawals are subject to minimum amounts as displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are met.
• 988vin processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Processing times vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 988vin — including cricket bets, PSL markets, T20 international bets, football bets, esports bets, casino game bets, slot spins, and fish game wagers — are subject to the specific rules displayed for that game or market at the time the bet is placed.

For sports betting, including in-play cricket betting during PSL matches and international fixtures, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed at the point of placing the bet.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules for that event type.
• In-play bets on cricket and other sports are accepted subject to the live odds available at the exact moment the bet is submitted. Latency in your internet connection may mean that odds have moved between when you viewed them and when your bet was received by the platform.
• 988vin reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an obvious pricing error or technical fault.
• Winnings from bets are credited to your PKR balance immediately upon settlement.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

988vin may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, or other promotional offers to new or existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general rules apply to all promotional offers on 988vin:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your 988vin balance in accordance with the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued to the account that qualifies for the promotion — they cannot be transferred to another account.
• 988vin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including bonuses already credited to an account, if there is evidence of bonus abuse, multiple account use, or any other breach of these Terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 988vin. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. If you identify an error, you are required to stop play and report it. Any winnings derived from a known error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in any game or market to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or any communication with 988vin support.
• Allowing another person to use your account, or using another person's account.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate transaction through a chargeback rather than contacting 988vin support directly.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

988vin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if there is reasonable belief that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

In the event of account suspension, 988vin will review the account within a reasonable timeframe. If the suspension is found to be a result of a verified breach of these Terms, any balance associated with the account may be forfeited. If the suspension was made in error, the account will be restored and the balance returned.

• Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 988vin support.
• If an account is closed at the player's request and there is a remaining PKR balance, that balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method after any outstanding wagering requirements are resolved.
• Self-exclusion requests are permanent. A player who has self-excluded may not open a new account.

10 Responsible Gaming
